Spicy Black Bean and Rice Soup

Ingredients
- 1 Diced Onion
- 1 Diced Green Bell Pepper
- 1 Diced Red Bell Pepper
- 4 Ears Corn, Cut off the Cob
- 3 Cups Cooked Black Turtle Beans
- 2 Cups Cooked Brown Rice
- 1 Can Organic Tomato Sauce
- 1 Can Organic Diced Tomatoes
- 2 Cups Water
- 2 Tsp. Mexican Seasoning (approx.)
Methods/steps
Steam sauté onions and bell peppers. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Simmer until ready to eat.
Additional Tips
This is wonderful served with baked corn chips and rice cheese!
