Description
This is a yummy "super food" recipe for anyone that likes a Jamocha style flavor. Of course this recipe contains no caffeine and is packed full of nutrition.

4 - 6 as a snack or 2 - 4 as a meal
- 2 cups water
- 1/2 cup raw almonds
- 2 – 3 brazil nuts
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 3 – 4 dates (optional)
- 2 Tablespoons Roma *
- 2 Tablespoons raw carob
- 4 frozen bananas
- Ice (for desired consistency)
*If a "Coffee/chocolate" flavored drink is not your thing, try the recipe without the Roma.
Methods/steps
Blend nuts, seeds, dates and liquid and process in blender. Add Roma and carob and continue blending. Add bananas and ice and blend until smooth.
