"Raw"mond Joy

Ingredients
2/3 cup virgin coconut oil
1 cup pitted dates
3 Tbsp. carob powder
2 Tbsp. agave (optional)
3/4 cup chopped almonds
2 - 3 Tbsp. shredded coconut
Methods/steps
Chop nuts and set to aside. Cut dates into pieces and process in food processor until smooth. Add coconut oil, carob powder and agave and process until well blended. Mix chopped almonds and shredded coconut into candy mixture. Press into 8 X 8 pan. Refrigerate and cut into squares.
